I didn't receive an SMS verification code
After entering your phone number correctly, you should receive an SMS code to confirm it. If you don't receive a code, there are a couple things to consider.
First, we have seen regular reports from customers of T-Mobile in the US — some of their plans may block short code SMS messages from coming through which is a setting you can disable from your online account or by calling their support line. If you're a T-Mobile customer and the SMS code is not coming through, please visit this link and/or contact the provider to make sure you're able to receive short codes.
Also, if you unsuccessfully attempt to confirm your number over and over, eventually our authentication provider will trigger a rate limit. You will need to wait 24 hours before you can try re-sending the code again.
