How to plan a leave in Cocoon as an Admin

Cocoon admin accounts are set up using your work email address. To access Cocoon as a user looking to plan a leave, you will need to login using a personal email address.

If you are already logged into Cocoon and you are immediately brought to a ‘Leaves’ tab, this means that you are logged in under an admin account.

To switch from an admin account to a user account, click your name at the top right corner of your Cocoon homepage, and select ‘sign out.’ If you have already created a user account, you can then login here using the login credentials you created with your personal email account.

If you have not yet created a user account, visit the unique Cocoon login page for your company. This is the website address you provided to your employees to sign up with Cocoon and is typically app.cocoon.com/companyname (all lowercase).

You can then select ‘get started’ which will ask you to verify both your work email and personal emails.

Once you hit ‘create account’ you will receive an email to both your work and personal email addresses to verify your account. Once you have verified both emails you will be able to login using the personal email address and password you provided.
