1. Once you log into your Cocoon Dashboard, Click into ‘Your Leave’
2. Click ‘Edit Plan'
3. A pop-up will appear to notify you of any potential pay implications when modifying leave dates after the leave period has already begun. To proceed, simply click ‘continue'.
4. From this screen, you can adjust the dates as needed. Please note that any changes must comply with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
5. Within the Calendar tool, the leave start and end dates are displayed at the top. To update the dates, it is recommended to first clear the current selections using the 'Clear Dates' button. You can then select the new leave dates. Once the new dates are chosen, click 'Save' to finalize your changes.
6. Click the green 'Save' button to confirm and apply the changes to your leave plan.
7. Select the reason for your date change and click 'Update.' Please refrain from including any sensitive personal medical information, as the employer will be able to view the reason for the date change.
8. Review and confirm updated leave dates.
9. Download the new leave forms with the updated dates if your claims have not yet been filed. If your claims have already been submitted, please contact your claims carrier to inform them of the updated dates.
