Now that you’re live with Cocoon, we’ll send you regular email reminders requesting you provide an updated census report so that we can accurately administer leave, pay and claims for your employees on leave!

Prior to each pay file date, anyone listed as a Pay Admin will receive an email notification that will include a link directing them to upload the census directly to the ‘Documents’ section of their admin dashboard.

What to expect:

If you are using one of our HRIS or payroll integrations, you will not receive these reminders as census information will be automatically pulled into Cocoon at a predetermined frequency.
