Cocoon delivers pay files in product. To access the files, you’ll need to be either a Workspace or Pay Admin (this can be found in your settings tab).

When your pay file is ready, you’ll receive an email notification from the team:

Click the link within the email to be taken to the Documents tab of your account:

From the Documents tab, you can view the current pay file, past pay files, and when your next file will be delivered:
