Where to find pay file delivery dates in your Cocoon account
Proxy, Workspace and Pay admins can view upcoming pay file delivery dates in their Cocoon dashboard.
When to expect your next pay file
To see when Cocoon will send your next pay file:
Navigate to the Documents tab.
Filter by Payroll documents.
Check the top-left corner of the table for the upcoming file delivery date.
If your company has both semi-monthly and bi-weekly pay schedules, Cocoon will display the delivery date for each schedule.
How many days before your pay date does Cocoon deliver the file?
During onboarding, your company selects how many days before each pay date Cocoon should deliver the pay file.
To verify this setting:
Navigate to Settings in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Select HRIS & payroll system from the sidebar.
Review the Employee pay cadence section to see how many days in advance Cocoon delivers your pay file.
