Workspace and Pay admins can now view upcoming pay file delivery dates in their Cocoon dashboard.
When to expect your next pay file
To see when Cocoon will be sending your next pay file, navigate to the ‘Documents’ tab and filter by ‘Payroll documents’. In the top left corner of the table, you’ll see the upcoming file delivery date. If you have semi-monthly and bi-weekly pay schedules, we’ll show you the delivery date for both.
How many days before your pay date does Cocoon deliver the file?
During onboarding, your company indicates the number of days in advance of your pay date that you’d like to receive the file from Cocoon. You can always verify this information by navigating to the ‘Settings’ tab in the top right of your dashboard and then clicking the ‘HRIS & payroll system’ sidebar. Under employee pay cadence, you’ll see how many days in advance Cocoon delivers your pay file.
