For an update on your claim's status, it's best to contact the carrier directly. If Cocoon has submitted any claims on your behalf, we suggest reaching out to your carrier after 2 business days from our email confirming the submission of your claim.
Please understand that for privacy reasons, both state and private insurance carriers prefer to communicate directly with you after your claim has been submitted. Unfortunately, we won't have visibility into your claim once it's been submitted.
