Cocoon uses personal leave to capture and track employer-authorized leaves that don’t fall under other Cocoon leave types. Employers may authorize this time for various reasons, whether covered by an official, documented company policy or as one-off approved absences not covered by an official policy. Please note that we currently don't support pay for these leaves. We recommend working with your employer to learn more.
